Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how the Squozrelximthore studio issues refunds for booked programs and bundles. Our aim is to keep the process fair and predictable for both clients and the coaches we schedule on their behalf.

1. Scope

This policy applies to bundles listed on the Products page and to custom workplace posture programs arranged by written agreement. It does not apply to free consultations or sample materials shared during initial conversations.

2. Cooling-Off Window

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after we confirm a booking, provided that no live session has yet been delivered. Refund requests within this window should be sent through the Contacts page with the booking reference.

3. After Sessions Begin

Once one or more live sessions have been delivered, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. The number of completed sessions, plus a small administrative fee for printed materials already produced, is deducted from the original bundle price. The remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.

4. Rescheduled Sessions

Sessions rescheduled by either side at least forty-eight hours in advance do not affect refund calculations and are simply moved on the calendar. Sessions cancelled by you with less than forty-eight hours of notice count as delivered for refund purposes, since the assigned coach reserved the time slot.

5. Sessions Cancelled by Us

If we cancel a session and cannot offer a reasonable replacement date within thirty days, that session is treated as undelivered and is fully refundable. We do our best to avoid such cancellations, but local weather or coach availability can occasionally interfere.

6. Printed Materials

Printed habit guides included with bundles are produced once a booking is confirmed. Where guides have already been printed and shipped, their cost may be deducted from the refund. We will share the breakdown with you before processing the refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send a short message through the Contacts page with the booking reference, the reason for the request, and your preferred contact details. We will reply within one business day to confirm the next steps.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within ten business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may vary by a few extra days.

9. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please reply to our message and ask for a review. A second member of the team will look at the request, and we will share a written summary of the outcome.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our offerings or operations. The "last updated" date above always reflects the most recent version. Existing bookings will be governed by the policy that was in effect at the time of confirmation.
